  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed accessories) are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Process:
    1. Contact us at support@mrlovemrs.com to request a return authorization.
    2. Ship the item to the provided address, including the order number.
    3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Defective or incorrect items qualify for full refunds, including shipping costs.
  • EU Customers: Under EU law, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from purchases of physical goods. Contact us within 14 days to initiate a return, subject to the above conditions.
2. Trips, Venues, and Experiences
  • Cancellations:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 90 days before the scheduled date to receive a refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
    • No refunds for cancellations within 90 days of the event, unless required by law.
    • Non-refundable bookings (e.g., certain experiences) will be clearly marked at checkout.
